Blu was born from a desire to provide Western New York with a spa and salon that felt truly relaxing. No worries, no pretension - just a comfortable, tranquil environment where you can be pampered and experience the highest quality salon, aesthetic, and spa treatments.
Whether you are a regular client or it’s your first time visiting us, we hope that you’ll experience the air of warmth, friendliness, and serenity that infuses every service we offer.

What To Expect
- Please arrive 15 minutes early for your spa service so you may enjoy the peace and tranquility of our relaxation room prior to your appointment.
- We provide a robe and sandals for our guests who are experiencing a spa treatment. Most people choose to wear nothing under their robe, but you are welcome to wear what makes you comfortable. Our service providers offer professional draping to ensure your comfort.
- Our spa and relaxation room are meant for peace and quiet. Please turn off your cell phone and be mindful of other guests to maximize your tranquil spa experience.
Blu Points
- Blu Points is our automatic rewards program designed to thank our guests for choosing Blu and sharing us with others. Clients earn points on services, retail, and referrals — and redeem rewards toward future visits
- Services: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent
- Retail: Earn 2 points for every $1 spent
- Referrals: Earn 500 points when a new client you referred completes and checks out from their first paid service at Blu. Referral points are awarded after the new client’s completed checkout
- Tracking: Your points balance appears at the bottom of your receipt after each visit. Once you reach 500 points, our front desk team will notify you at checkout that you have a $25 Blu Reward available!
- Rewards may be redeemed toward services or retail products
- Point redemption cannot be applied toward service packages, memberships, gift cards, and other promotions
Cancellation Policy
We highly recommend scheduling your appointment ahead of time to ensure your desired time is available. Please be aware that a credit card number is required to reserve your appointment.
We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable, and you may need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice if you cancel your appointment. If 24 hours’ notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. Missed appointments or “no shows” are subject to a charge in the amount of the full service.
Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
Due to scheduling commitments to other clients’ schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late.
